• 서버와 통신하는 과정에서 IP 주소, 운영체제(OS), 앱 버전, User-Agent가 처리될 수 있어요.
• [앱 1.0.x 버전을 쓰는 동안에만 해당] 1.0.x 버전에는 Google AdMob(광고)이 들어 있어서, 광고 식별자(IDFA)와 기기 정보가 처리될 수 있어요. 1.1.0 버전부터는 AdMob을 뺐기 때문에 이 정보가 처리되지 않아요.
• 회사는 별도의 행동 분석 도구를 쓰지 않아요.

1-4. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

아래 정보는 회사 서버가 아니라 내 기기 안에 저장돼요.

• 급식 데이터: 기기에 임시 저장해요. 약 12시간이 지나거나 날짜가 바뀌면 다시 받아요.
• iOS 위젯에 보여 줄 시간표·할 일 데이터: 기기 안(App Group)에 저장해요.

2. 수집 방법

1. 이용자가 직접 입력해요. 가입, 학교·학년·반 설정, 시간표·할 일·일정 입력, 글·댓글 작성, 친구 요청 등을 할 때예요.
2. Apple 로그인(Sign in with Apple)으로 받아요. Apple 계정 식별자와 이메일(비공개 릴레이 주소일 수 있어요)을 받아요.
3. 앱을 쓰는 동안 자동으로 만들어져요. 좋아요, 스크랩, 열람 기록, 포인트 내역, 알림 기록 등이에요.
4. 서버와 통신할 때 자동으로 처리돼요. IP 주소, OS, 앱 버전, User-Agent, 푸시 알림 기기 토큰이에요.
5. Apple에서 구독 정보를 받아요. 구독 ID, 상품 ID, 구독 종류, 기간, 시작일, 만료일을 저장해요. 카드 정보는 받지 않아요.
6. 시간표 사진으로 시간표를 만들 수 있어요. 카메라·사진 접근은 이용자가 시간표 사진을 고를 때만 써요. 글자 인식은 기기 안(Apple Vision)에서 하고, 사진과 인식된 글자는 서버로 보내지 않아요. 이용자가 확인한 시간표 결과만 저장돼요.
7. NEIS 공개 정보를 조회해요. 개설 수업을 보여 주려고 학교·학년 코드로 NEIS(나이스 교육정보 개방 포털)의 공개 API를 조회해요. 시간표·학사일정·급식 공개 데이터이고, 조회할 때 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 보내지 않아요. 이 조회는 회사 서버 함수를 거쳐요.
8. (1.0.x 버전 한정) 광고(Google AdMob)가 기기 정보와 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 처리해요.

4. 다른 이용자에게 보이는 정보

내 정보 중 일부는 다른 이용자에게 보일 수 있어요. 누구에게 무엇이 보이는지 정리했어요.

꼭 알아 두세요

• 학교·학년·반은 이용자가 직접 고르는 값이에요. 회사는 이용자가 실제로 그 학교에 다니는지 확인하지 않아요.
• 게시판에 쓴 글과 댓글은 익명으로 보이지만, 글 내용에 이름, 연락처, 학교 같은 개인정보를 쓰면 다른 사람이 나를 알아볼 수 있어요. 개인정보는 글에 쓰지 마세요.
• 다른 이용자가 내 글을 캡처하거나 퍼 나를 수 있어요. 회사는 이를 완전히 막을 수 없어요.
• 친구가 된 사람에게는 닉네임과 학교 이름이 보이고, 공유 설정에 따라 시간표와 공유한 할 일이 보여요. 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있어요.

5. 보관 및 이용 기간

• 회사는 이용자가 서비스를 쓰는 동안 정보를 보관하고 이용해요.
• 탈퇴(계정 삭제)하면 즉시 계정, 시간표, 할 일, 일정, 쓴 글과 댓글, 투표(좋아요/싫어요), 스크랩, 신고 내역, 친구 관계, 알림 토큰, 알림 기록 등 1절의 정보가 삭제돼요. 탈퇴하는 방법은 9절에 있어요. 탈퇴할 때 회사는 Apple 로그인 연결을 해제하려고 시도해요.
• 서버 백업에 남은 정보는 백업 보관 주기가 지나면 자동으로 지워져요.
• 이용 제한 기록(이용 정지 내역)은 탈퇴하면 함께 삭제돼요.
• 운영 처리 기록(처리한 운영자, 대상 글·댓글 번호, 처리 내용, 글 제목 앞 60자)은 탈퇴와 상관없이 남을 수 있어요. 이 기록은 작성자 계정과 연결되지 않고, 글 내용 전체가 아니라 제목 앞부분만 담아요. 만들어지고 1년 뒤 자동으로 삭제돼요.
• 법령에서 따로 보관하라고 정한 정보가 있으면 그 법령이 정한 기간 동안만 따로 보관해요.
• 기기 안에 저장된 정보(급식 임시 저장 데이터, 위젯 데이터)는 앱을 삭제하는 등으로 지워져요. 회사 서버에는 저장되지 않아요.
• 정해진 기간이 지났거나 목적을 이룬 정보는 지체 없이 삭제해요.

6. 제3자 제공

• 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 이용자 동의 없이 다른 회사나 사람에게 제공하지 않아요.
• 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 정해진 절차로 요청하는 경우에는 제공할 수 있어요.
• 4절의 내용(게시판 익명 글, 친구 공유)은 이용자가 쓰는 기능에 따라 다른 이용자에게 보이는 것이고, 회사가 정보를 제3자에게 제공하는 것과는 달라요.
• 서비스 운영을 맡기는 업체는 7절에 있어요. Apple과 Google(AdMob, 앱 1.0.x 한정)은 제3자 제공이 아니라 처리 위탁으로 다뤄요.

7. 처리 위탁

회사는 서비스를 운영하려고 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡겨요.

• 회사는 위탁받은 업체가 개인정보를 안전하게 다루도록 관리하고 감독해요.
• 위 표 말고 다른 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡기지 않아요.

8. 국외 이전

• Supabase의 경우: 데이터는 대한민국 리전(ap-northeast-2, 서울)에 저장돼요. 다만 운영 주체가 미국 법인이라서, 데이터를 관리하는 과정에서 미국에서 원격으로 접근할 수 있어요.
• 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스를 쓰지 않거나 탈퇴하면 돼요. 다만 이전되는 정보가 서비스 운영에 꼭 필요해서, 거부하면 서비스를 쓰기 어려워요.
• 각 업체의 개인정보 관련 연락처는 업체의 개인정보 처리방침에서 볼 수 있어요. 안내가 필요하면 timeroute8@gmail.com으로 문의해 주세요.

9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든 아래 권리를 가져요.

• 내 개인정보를 열람할 수 있어요.
• 틀린 정보를 정정할 수 있어요.
• 내 정보를 삭제해 달라고 할 수 있어요.
• 정보 처리를 멈춰 달라고 할 수 있어요.
• 동의를 철회할 수 있어요.

앱에서 직접 할 수 있는 것

• 닉네임과 학교 바꾸기
• 시간표, 할 일, 일정 수정과 삭제
• 내가 쓴 글과 댓글 삭제
• 친구 공유 설정 바꾸기 (시간표·할 일 공유 켜기/끄기)

그 밖의 요청

• timeroute8@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 회사는 본인 확인을 한 뒤 지체 없이, 늦어도 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드려요.
• 법정대리인이 아니라 이용자 본인이 직접 요청해요. (만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없어요. 10절을 보세요.)
• 다른 사람의 개인정보를 침해할 우려가 있거나 법령에서 거절할 수 있다고 정한 경우, 요청을 일부 거절할 수 있어요. 이때는 이유를 알려 드려요.

개인정보 침해 상담

개인정보 침해 신고나 상담이 필요하면 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118)에 문의할 수 있어요.

10. 아동의 개인정보 보호

• 만 14세 미만은 타임루트를 이용할 수 없어요.
• 가입할 때 만 14세 이상임을 이용자가 스스로 확인해요. 생년월일은 묻지 않아요. 대신 확인 여부와 확인한 시각을 저장해요.
• 만 14세 미만으로 확인되면 계정과 정보를 삭제해요.
• 만 14세 미만 아이가 가입한 것을 알게 되면 timeroute8@gmail.com으로 알려 주세요. 회사는 확인한 뒤 삭제해요.
• 타임루트는 법정대리인 동의로 만 14세 미만 아이의 가입을 받는 절차를 두지 않아요.
• 앱을 쓰는 사람 중에는 미성년자(고등학생)가 많아요. 그래서 게시판에 이름, 연락처, 학교처럼 나를 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 쓰지 않기를 권해요. (4절을 보세요.)

11. 안전성 확보 조치

회사는 개인정보를 안전하게 지키려고 아래와 같이 노력해요.

• 앱과 서버 사이의 통신을 암호화해요(HTTPS).
• 데이터베이스에서 행 단위로 접근을 통제해요. 이용자는 본인 정보와, 4절에서 설명한 허용된 범위의 정보만 볼 수 있어요.
• 개인정보에 접근할 수 있는 운영자의 권한을 필요한 만큼으로 최소화해요.
• 운영자의 신고 처리 등 작업은 기록을 남겨요. (1-2절의 운영 처리 기록)
• 예전 이메일 가입 계정의 비밀번호는 암호화해서 저장해요.

12. 개인정보 보호책임자 및 문의처

개인정보와 관련한 문의, 불만, 권리 행사 요청은 위 이메일로 보내 주세요. 회사는 지체 없이 답해 드려요.

13. 방침 변경 고지

• 이용자의 권리에 중요한 영향을 주는 변경(수집 항목이 늘어나거나 새 업체에 맡기는 경우 등)은 앱 안에서 다시 동의를 받아요.
• 그 밖의 변경은 앱 공지와 이 페이지로 알려 드려요.
• 이전 버전의 방침은 요청하면 알려 드려요.

부칙

A. 유럽연합(EU)/유럽경제지역(EEA) 이용자 (GDPR)

EU/EEA에 있는 이용자는 개인정보와 관련해 아래 권리를 가져요. 행사하려면 timeroute8@gmail.com으로 요청하세요.

• 열람권: 회사가 가진 내 개인정보를 볼 수 있어요.
• 정정권: 틀린 정보를 고쳐 달라고 할 수 있어요.
• 삭제권: 내 정보를 지워 달라고 할 수 있어요.
• 처리 제한권: 내 정보 처리를 제한해 달라고 할 수 있어요.
• 데이터 이동권: 내가 제공한 정보를 일반적으로 쓰는 형식으로 받아 갈 수 있어요.
• 감독기관에 불만을 제기할 권리: 거주지, 근무지, 침해가 일어난 곳의 개인정보 감독기관에 불만을 낼 수 있어요.

회사는 서비스를 제공하기 위해(계약 이행), 이용자의 동의를 받은 경우(예: 푸시 알림, 사진 접근), 서비스를 안전하게 운영하려는 정당한 이익을 위해 개인정보를 처리해요. 정보는 대한민국과 미국으로 옮겨질 수 있어요(8절).

B. 미국 캘리포니아 이용자 (CCPA/CPRA)

캘리포니아에 사는 이용자는 아래 권리를 가져요. 행사하려면 timeroute8@gmail.com으로 요청하세요.

• 열람(알 권리): 회사가 어떤 개인정보를 모으고 쓰는지 알 수 있어요.
• 삭제: 회사가 모은 내 개인정보를 지워 달라고 할 수 있어요.
• 판매·공유 거부(opt-out): 개인정보의 판매 또는 공유를 거부할 수 있어요.
• 이 권리를 행사해도 불이익을 주지 않아요.

회사는 개인정보를 돈을 받고 판매하지 않아요. 다만 앱 1.0.x에서 Google AdMob이 광고 식별자를 처리하는 것은 CCPA상 "공유"에 해당할 수 있어요. 이를 거부하고 싶으면 앱을 1.1.0으로 업데이트하거나(1.1.0에는 AdMob이 없어요), timeroute8@gmail.com으로 요청해 주세요.

C. 대한민국

대한민국에 있는 이용자의 개인정보는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령과 이 방침에 따라 처리해요. 이 방침에 없는 내용은 관련 법령을 따라요.

• When your device communicates with our server, your IP address, operating system (OS), app version, and User-Agent may be processed.
• [Applies only while you use App version 1.0.x] Version 1.0.x includes Google AdMob (advertising), so your advertising identifier (IDFA) and device information may be processed. Starting with version 1.1.0, AdMob is removed and this information is not processed.
• The Company does not use any separate behavioral analytics tools.

1-4. Information stored only on your device

The following is stored on your device, not on the Company's server.

• Meal (school lunch) data: saved temporarily on your device. It is downloaded again after about 12 hours or when the date changes.
• Timetable and to-do data shown in the iOS widget: stored on your device (App Group).

1-5. Information we do not collect

• Date of birth (we only store whether you confirmed you are 14 or older, and when)
• Payment card details (Apple processes payments)
• Original timetable photos and the text recognized from them (see Sections 2 and 3)
• Usage data from separate behavioral analytics tools
• Information that identifies you when we look up public NEIS data (see Section 2)

2. How We Collect It

1. You enter it yourself. For example, when you sign up, set your school, grade, and class, enter timetables, to-dos, and events, write posts and comments, or send friend requests.
2. We receive it through Sign in with Apple. We receive your Apple account identifier and email (which may be a private relay address).
3. It is created automatically while you use the App. For example, likes, scraps, view history, points history, and notification history.
4. It is processed automatically when you connect to our server. IP address, OS, app version, User-Agent, and push notification device token.
5. We receive subscription information from Apple. We store the subscription ID, product ID, type, period, start date, and expiry date. We do not receive card details.
6. You can create a timetable from a photo. We use camera and photo access only when you choose a timetable photo. Text recognition runs on your device (Apple Vision). The photo and the recognized text are not sent to our server. Only the timetable result you confirm is saved.
7. We look up public NEIS information. To show classes offered at your school, we query the public NEIS (National Education Information System) API using your school and grade codes. This is public timetable, academic calendar, and meal data. We do not send any information that identifies you with these lookups. The lookups go through the Company's server functions.
8. (Version 1.0.x only) Advertising (Google AdMob) processes device information and the advertising identifier (IDFA).

4. Information Visible to Other Users

Some of your information may be visible to other users. Here is who can see what.

Please keep in mind

• Your school, grade, and class are values you choose yourself. The Company does not check whether you actually attend that school.
• Board posts and comments appear anonymously, but if you write personal information such as your name, contact details, or school in a post, others may be able to identify you. Do not put personal information in posts.
• Other users may take screenshots of or share your posts. The Company cannot fully prevent this.
• People who become your friends can see your nickname and school name, and, depending on your sharing settings, your timetable and the to-dos you share. You can turn this off at any time in settings.

5. Retention and Use Period

• We keep and use your information while you use the service.
• When you leave (delete your account), immediately the information in Section 1 is deleted, including your account, timetable, to-dos, events, posts and comments, votes (likes/dislikes), scraps, reports you made, friend relationships, notification tokens, and notification history. See Section 9 for how to leave. When you leave, the Company also tries to disconnect your Sign in with Apple link.
• Information remaining in server backups is deleted automatically once the backup retention period has passed.
• Restriction records (suspension history) are deleted together when you leave.
• Moderation records (the operator who acted, the number of the post or comment, the action taken, and the first 60 characters of the post title) may remain regardless of your leaving. These records are not linked to the author's account, and they contain only the beginning of the title, not the full content. They are deleted automatically one year after they are created.
• Information that the law requires us to keep separately, if any, is kept only for the period the law requires.
• Information stored on your device (temporary meal data, widget data) is removed when you delete the App or similar. It is not stored on the Company's server.
• Information whose period has ended or whose purpose is fulfilled is deleted without delay.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

• The Company does not provide your personal information to other companies or people without your consent.
• However, we may provide it when an investigative authority or similar body requests it through proper legal procedures.
• What is described in Section 4 (anonymous board posts, friend sharing) is information that other users see because of the features you use. It is different from the Company providing information to third parties.
• The companies that help us run the service are listed in Section 7. Apple and Google (AdMob, App version 1.0.x only) are treated as processors acting on our behalf, not as third-party recipients.

7. Entrusted Processing

The Company entrusts the processing of personal information to the following companies to run the service.

• The Company manages and supervises these companies so they handle personal information safely.
• We do not entrust personal information processing to any company other than those in the table above.

8. Overseas Transfer

• About Supabase: Data is stored in the Republic of Korea region (ap-northeast-2, Seoul). However, because the operating entity is a U.S. company, it may access the data remotely from the United States while managing it.
• If you do not want your information transferred, you can stop using the service or leave. However, the transferred information is necessary to run the service, so refusing may make the service hard to use.
• You can find each company's privacy contact in that company's own privacy policy. If you need help, email timeroute8@gmail.com.

9. Your Rights and How to Use Them

You have the following rights at any time.

• Access your personal information.
• Correct wrong information.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Ask us to stop processing your information.
• Withdraw your consent.

What you can do directly in the App

• Change your nickname and school
• Edit and delete your timetable, to-dos, and events
• Delete your own posts and comments
• Change friend sharing settings (turn timetable and to-do sharing on or off)
• Delete your account (leave): tap the person icon at the top right, go to My Info (내 정보), and tap Delete Account (계정 삭제) at the bottom

Other requests

• Email timeroute8@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, the Company handles your request without delay, and in any case within 10 days, and tells you the result.
• You make requests yourself, not through a legal guardian. (Users under 14 cannot use the App. See Section 10.)
• We may partly refuse a request if it could harm another person's privacy or if the law allows us to refuse. We will tell you why.

Privacy advice and complaints

For reporting a privacy violation or getting advice, you may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center in Korea (dial 118, no area code).

10. Protection of Children's Personal Information

• Users under 14 cannot use Timeroute.
• When you sign up, you confirm yourself that you are 14 or older. We do not ask for your date of birth. We only store whether you confirmed and when.
• If a user is confirmed to be under 14, we delete the account and the information.
• If you find out that a child under 14 has signed up, please tell us at timeroute8@gmail.com. The Company will verify and delete the account.
• Timeroute has no process for accepting sign-ups of children under 14 with a legal guardian's consent.
• Many App users are minors (high school students). So we recommend not writing information that can identify you, such as your name, contact details, or school, on the boards. (See Section 4.)

11. Security Measures

The Company works to keep personal information safe in the following ways.

• Communication between the App and the server is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Access is controlled row by row in the database. You can see only your own information and the information described in Section 4 within the permitted scope.
• Operators' access to personal information is limited to the minimum they need.
• Operators' work such as handling reports is logged (the moderation records in Section 1-2).
• Passwords of older email sign-up accounts are stored encrypted.

12. Privacy Officer and Contact

Please send privacy questions, complaints, and requests to use your rights to the email above. The Company will reply without delay.

13. Changes to This Policy

• For changes that significantly affect your rights (such as collecting more items or entrusting a new company), we will ask for your consent again inside the App.
• Other changes will be announced in the App and on this page.
• You can ask us for earlier versions of this Policy.

Supplement (Addenda)

A. European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA) Users (GDPR)

Users in the EU/EEA have the following rights regarding their personal data. To use them, email timeroute8@gmail.com.

• Right of access: see the personal data the Company holds about you.
• Right to rectification: ask us to correct wrong data.
• Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data.
• Right to restriction of processing: ask us to restrict how we process your data.
• Right to data portability: receive the data you provided in a commonly used format.
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: you may complain to the data protection authority where you live, where you work, or where the infringement took place.

The Company processes personal data to provide the service (performance of a contract), where you have given consent (for example, push notifications and photo access), and for our legitimate interest in running the service safely. Your data may be transferred to the Republic of Korea and the United States (see Section 8).

B. California, USA Users (CCPA/CPRA)

Users who live in California have the following rights. To use them, email timeroute8@gmail.com.

• Right to know (access): find out what personal information the Company collects and uses.
• Right to delete: ask us to delete the personal information we collected about you.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing: refuse the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• We will not treat you unfairly for using these rights.

The Company does not sell personal information for money. However, Google AdMob's processing of the advertising identifier in App version 1.0.x may count as "sharing" under the CCPA. If you want to opt out, update the App to version 1.1.0 (which does not include AdMob) or email timeroute8@gmail.com.

C. Republic of Korea

The personal information of users in the Republic of Korea is handled under the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws, and this Policy. Matters not covered in this Policy follow the relevant laws.
